my god it's been a while. not to say i haven't been sketching and such, but my camera broke (a.k.a. i lost the cord to connect to my computer) and so i have to rely on poor quality scanners again which is never fun. and since my ass in lazy i haven't bothered to upload. got some fun stuff in the works though. i went back a bit and played around with new designs for old favs. so we'll see where that goes. until then, stay toasty.

How am I feeling? excited.

A couple days ago I posted another alice piece, which i'm pretty proud of. and i'm super stoked for the new alice movie coming out this next week. i can't really say it enough so ...STOKED.

Anyway, on the plus, i've been getting more hits from this one piece in one day than any of my others on deviant. i really enjoy that also, some really cool people comment on my art. i don't even know these people and that rocks. thanks guys, i'll keep doing the art thing. click it to see it big <3

dA recently posted a contest to design a movie poster for Paper Heart. and I'm not one to enter these sort of things, but I had definitely noticed the ads all over dA for, like, the last month or so. So, like an idiot, I didn't bother to look at the prizes they were offering until a few days ago. That was after I made this:

My sister just got a (almost) new wacom just recently and i was reminded of how badly I've been wanting one. So you can understand my enormous disappointment when I saw that the judging was over and i had lost another chance of getting my tablet. In anycase, I may not have won it, but at least I would have tried. :(
